Carroll School of Management, Organization Studies, Management & Organizations Department
I am currently an Organization Studies PhD student in the Carroll School of Management at Boston College. I am interested in how the past continues to shape subsequent work experiences, views of work, and connections with colleagues. I primarily draw from theories of meaningful work and identity, as well as emotion, loss, and interpersonal relationships.

Prior to my doctoral studies, I worked as a research associate at Harvard Business School. I hold a Master of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor of Science degree in Management with an emphasis on Organizational Behavior and Entrepreneurial Studies, respectively, from Bentley University.
