Boston College Chestnut Hill, MA
Carroll School of Management, Organization Studies Department
I am currently an Organization Studies PhD student in the Carroll School of Management at Boston College. I am interested in how individuals connect with and disconnect from their work, their peers, and their organizations, drawing from theories of identity and identification, meaning, affect, and attachment.
Prior to my doctoral studies, I worked as a research associate at Harvard Business School. I hold a Master of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor of Science degree in Management with an emphasis on Organizational Behavior and Entrepreneurial Studies, respectively, from Bentley University.
